PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All standard orders purchased without Planned Arrival require a processing time of at least 16 weeks.  Items are wrapped and secured in sturdy packaging and shipped using USPS Priority for domestic and overseas deliveries.  The time in which you will receive your order once it has been shipped will vary by your location.  All orders are shipped with tracking for your convenience.  Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to the nature of hand made goods there are natural variations that are to be expected.  Please remember that you are ordering with an individual artist and not a factory.  This means minor imperfections are to be expected and will add character and beauty to your doll.  

If upon receiving your doll you are not 100% Satisfied the following options are available for resolution.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURN

If you are unhappy with your custom baby you have 48 hours from date of delivery to request a return. Here are the options for resolution.

1.    You may send the baby back for another alteration (buyer pays shipping both ways). Baby must be shipped back to me within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. 

2.    You may send the baby back to me for a kit do-over. This allows you to have another baby created from a different READILY AVAILABLE non limited edition sculpt.  The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the materials & shipping. This cost is $250 and will have standard delivery in 6-9 months. You may opt to rush delivery by purchasing Planned Arrival for your doll.

3.  You may send the baby back in return for a 50% discount on any brand new baby.  *This is only valid for “Baby Only” Packages and NOT packages that contain additional accessories.

Baby must come back to me in the original condition with ALL ACCESSORIES.

Return shipping must be initiated and INSURANCE & TRACKING information must be sent to me within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If there is any damage or change to the baby the return process will be voided. The doll will be shipped back to you and no money will be returned to you.

The customer is responsible for return shipping complete with insurance & tracking.  Tracking Number IS REQUIRED in order to complete this form.

I accept PayPal & Credit Cards.  In some cases I will accept Western Union Payments, as well.  Payment plans are versatile with many choices to meet your budget & baby wishes

In order to pay via Western Union, Please Follow These Steps. First, pick out your Baby & Package. Write down the kit name & sculptor name. Write down the cost of your item(s). Send me this information in an email to mylittlestblessings@outlook.com. SUBJECT LINE: WESTERN UNION REQUEST.

I do not give out free dolls.  I do not make trades for dolls.  However, I do accept reasonable offers made for buyers with extenuating circumstances.  I know the therapeutic value of the babies I create and I want them to be available to as many people as possible. Request Submission Form
