Starting October 1, 2020 order update requests will be moved to the helpdesk. You will need to have your order number & date of purchase and all order related information to submit a request ticket. This is because I CANNOT keep up with the studio work, the website and customer communication by myself. Updates WILL NOT BE GIVEN via facebook messenger or email in order to streamline communication and keep orders on track. If you placed your order on Etsy please use Etsy Conversations to communicate with me regarding your order.
